So, Beer is good for you.
I read something recently that mentioned a study in the United States has confirmed that drinking beer after exercise is as good or better for you than drinking water or a sports or electrolyte drink. I didn't actually read the report , someone else did and relayed that conclusion. I like research that tells me what I want to hear. Like red wine and dark chocolate is good for me. Sunday . Brewday
