Our Vienna malt imparts a low to medium maty sweetness and a light golden to soft orange huse to the finished beer. its perfect when used to European beer Styles such as vienna larger and marzen  as well as an all round go to for extra body without excessive malty sweetness.  Also used as a base malt to make some cracking Pale ales.
